Job description:

* To understand Client requirements for each specific job.

* To have full understanding about the Code requirements., Specification requirements for each specific project related to welding.

* Inspection of all activities as per the approved agreed ITP or contract for a project.

* Preparation of daily reports for the inspections carried out.

* Coordinate with production department to carry out rectifications if found necessary on inspected items.

* To ensure that the iob file is maintained up to date with all reports signatures etc from lient and other interested parties involved.

* To conduct tool box talks for production personnel regarding welding Quality, as and when found necessary.

* Day to day updating of iob status to Head of QA/OC Department

. Maintain a rejection log, and records for rejection for analysis.

* Accepting the FIT-UP reports, preparation of material traceability etc.
