Position Overview
Job Summary The QC Inspector ensures products and services meet company and industry quality standards by inspecting, testing, and documenting materials and finished goods for defects or deviations.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct daily quality checks of calibration tools used by the QC team to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform inspections such as incoming raw materials, in-process crate inspections, outbound inspections, and others as required by customers.
- Carry out specific customer inspections using ERP systems.
Roles and Responsibilities - Assist the supervisor in ensuring the accuracy of reports completed by the QC team during shift changes.
- Perform routine inspections including incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections based on customer specifications and drawings.
- Conduct inspections using digital forms (Kizeo) via iPad.
