Job Scope:
Microbiology test including environmental control, raw material and finished product test Responsible from the incoming raw material, packaging material, pre-weight raw material, in-process product control till final product control Lab, retention room and pre-weight room maintenance of inventory, equipment, items and cleanliness Maintain and operate DI water system Pre-weight process monitoring and checking Responsible for in charge of retention sample, SDS and COA creation and modification If receive any customer complain regarding the product, QC will need to assist on trouble shooting or testing for product improvement Support internal audit and external audit for cGMP and ISO14001 cGMP and ISO documentation update, recording and maintenance Create, update and maintain SAP system Update and maintain Health Sciences Authority Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines and environmental practice guidelines Follow up and manage records of annual renewing licenses and permit ...
