Serve as the main receptionist at the QC hub, assisting customers end-to-end, including but not limited to Admissions, Records, Learning Plus, and Billing.
Acknowledge customer complaints, provide initial resolution, and properly follow the escalation process as needed (Admissions, Records, LP, and Billing).
Handle the tickets of customers from the BGC hub and coordinate with the stakeholders.
Serve as Admissions Officers in processing enrollment and attending to admissions concerns of families (Admissions)
Provide administrative support for QC operations (e.g. service requests, events setup, venue booking, Homeschool Hybrid) and online classes (e.g. LP classes).
Maximize hub utilization through activities such as enrichment classes, workshops, and other programs/activities related to that.
Work will be done onsite five (5) days a week from Monday to Saturday.
