Position Overview
The QC Executive is responsible for monitoring and maintaining product quality in line with food safety and regulatory standards. This role involves daily production checks, product testing, record keeping, and supporting audits to ensure compliance with FSSC22000, ISO, HACCP, GMP, MESTI and Halal requirements. The QC Executive also works closely with the production team to manage defects and drive continuous improvement in product quality.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure compliance with FSSC22000, ISO, HACCP, GMP, MESTI and Halal requirements.
· Monitor daily production quality, hygiene, calibration and SOP compliance.
· Conduct product and raw materials inspection, sampling and quality testing.
· Manage product defects, rejections and labelling checks with production team.
· Maintain accurate QC records, reports and support audits/certifications.
