We are now recruiting for QC Controller to join our team in Telford on a full time permanent basis!
Salary: £25,445.42 per annum.
Working Hours: 4 on 4 off days, 6am-6pm.
As a QC Controller you will be responsible for ensuring that correct procedures are maintained in the handling and reporting of returned or rejected goods from the depot.
Key Duties of a QC Controller:
To ensure that correct procedures are followed for all QC Held goods and correct return forms are completed, photos taken and the correct status is applied to the return.To manage good housekeeping within both returns and QC areas.Responsible for all uplifts and customer returns.To ensure that correct procedures are followed for all goods requested for disposal.To liaise with Customer Services with clear and accurate information.To process all Transactions relating to the above corre...
