Position Overview

Piper Companies is seeking a QC Analytical Lead to join a global pharmaceutical company located in Athens, GA through a 6-month contract with very strong potential to extend or convert to permanent. The QC Analytical Lead will focus primarily on providing technical insight and leadership to individuals who are working in-lab. This is not a hands-on, laboratory-based role; however the ideal candidate will have past experience working in a laboratory setting. 
Responsibilities of the QC Analytical Lead include:
Provide oversight of data review processes and maintenance of data integrity standards
Coordinate team scheduling and shift coverage to ensure operational continuity
Provide subject matter expertise and technical troubleshooting support
Lead training initiatives, performance coaching, and staff development
Offer guidance and support for analysts in resolving technical questions and challenges
