Job Description
- Handle customer complaints and quality-related inquiries from customers
- Prepare customer report materials (Thai)
- Investigate root causes of complaints and implement countermeasures in coordination with department personnel
- Support customer process audits and prepare for process audits
- Implement improvements for issues identified, working with department personnel
- Support in-process inspections
- Support process managers (supervisors, foremen)
- Other tasks as assigned
