Prepare the specific Project Quality Plans for approval by the Clients representatives for all Company projects
Coordinate with the Clients representatives at each project to establish the process flows and controls
Coordinate with Subcontractors and Suppliers to maintain the required level of quality at the different project sites
Attend Quality meetings with the Clients representatives to maintain the Project Quality Plan requirements
Manage the Site QC Teams and ensure proper running of all QC activities on project sites
Ensure that quality records are correctly maintained on project sites
Ensure proper handing over of project close‑out documents including warranties, guarantees, O&M manuals, testing and commissioning reports, as-built drawings and authority approvals
