Liaise with customers, consultants, engineers, inspection bodies and suppliers on matters relating to quality assurance and technical matters.
Conduct regular audit on mix designs at batching plant. Assist Plant Managers in conducting trial mixes.
Assigning mixes (products) that meet customer’s performance requirements and monitor the test results.
Coordinating with Plant Managers to conduct investigations on quality deficiencies.
Conduct site visits to ensure that quality of concrete supplied is within design parameters.
Possess good knowledge in raw material performance and ensuring tests on quality of all raw materials used in the manufacture of concrete are conducted and analysed to minimize failures.
Assist in coordinating all QA/QC operations in conjunction with QC staff to ensure that customers are satisfied with the level of service provided.
