Position Overview
The QA/QC Engineer (Fire Protection) is responsible for ensuring all fire protection system works are executed in compliance with project specifications, relevant codes, and authority requirements. The role focuses on quality assurance, inspection, testing, and documentation for fire protection installations such as sprinkler systems, hydrant systems, fire alarm systems, and gas suppression systems. Key Responsibilities . Develop and implement QA/QC plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and checklists for fire protection works. . Ensure all installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements. . Conduct site inspections for fire protection systems, including: o Sprinkler systems o Hose reel / hydrant systems o Fire alarm systems o Gas suppression systems .
