Position Overview
- Preparing and implementing Project Quality plan.
- Setting-up/establishing and monitoring all project QA/QC
- Implementing project procedures and PQP, on approval by the Client
- Reviewing Method Statements, preparing corresponding Inspection & Test Plans and checklists/forms and obtaining approval from Client, as required
- Planning and allocating various QA/QC activities to team members
- Orientating/training staff, workmen and subcontractor personnel on quality requirements
- Coordinating with the site team for effective implementation of the approved PQP
- Coordinating with subcontractors for implementation applicable parts of the PQP
- Identifying, calibrating, reviewing and maintaining a list of testing and measuring equipment
