QA & Testing Lead Analyst

Position Overview 

The QA & Testing Lead Analyst(Ab Initio)is responsible forimplementing robust testing practices across the PBM organization’s data integration platforms. The candidate will ensure adherence to SAFE Agile practices and work closely with developers, data engineers, and other testers in small scrum teams to deliver high-quality ETL solutions ina timelyand cost-effective manner. Specific duties include validating source-to-target data mapping,creatingand executing test plans and test cases, estimating test efforts,analyzingand communicating test results, defect tracking, and supporting regression testing for automation readiness.

This role provides counsel and advice across multiple stakeholders on ETL testing matters, often requiring coordination between teams. The role may provide thought leadership and technicalexpertiseacross multiple disciplines and act as a lead within the team, mentoring junior testers.
