We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Technician to join our Supply Chain team here at our Head Office in South Shields. As QA Technician, you will partner across the business both internally and externally to ensure quality processes are followed and evolved to protect the brand values and manage the quality processes for product.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the timely review and approval of all Black seal approvals, using PLM system to document to the suppliers.
• Communicate with relevant suppliers to ensure any changes are followed for bulk.
• Resolve and communicate quality decisions, feedback to the supplier, agree actions required and follow up on improvement plans.
• Continually work with relevant suppliers to ensure quality systems and processes are followed, and product is improved, help to resolve any ongoing issues.
