Help prepare monthly, weekly, and daily reports on production matrix and present status updates if necessary
Help oversee production stages to uphold consistent quality standards and identify areas for improvement
Document and maintain detailed quality control records and reports
Review all inβline monitoring documents at the end of the shift, ensure completion and signatures, and file accordingly
Monitor documents and ensure all required signatures are obtained
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO, and other food safety standards
Conduct annual internal GMP training/seminars for QC and Production personnel and orient newly hired employees on GMP protocol
Participate in identifying and troubleshooting quality issues, verifying and maintaining controls, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and recommending process improvements
