Responsibilities

• Handling deviations and corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Complaint handling.
• Product quality review (author).
• SOP handling: follow up TBR, update SOPs, coordinate SOP review, and serve as compliance wire responsible person.
• Support project work.
• Participate in problem solving and provide professional support for the plant and department.
• Batch documentation support to QP and follow‑up with departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree in pharmacy or equivalent.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in GMP work.
• Proficiency with office programs.
• Knowledge of SAP, Veeva, Trackwise, Digital, LIMS.
