The QA: QESH Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining SHEQ systems and to give guidance to users on all SHEQ systems. The QA: QESH Specialist Acts as the management representative and organizes internal and external audits.

Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:

Responsible for maintaining and updating the SHEQ Management System in accordance with HEINEKEN Beverages standards.

Manages SHEQ information system. Ensures that the ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, ISO 45001, ISO 9001; ISO 14001 system is in place and used by all plant personnel. Maintains the good manufacturing practice system and trains personnel to understand GMP. Sets the targets for the GMP, and measures performance by means of audits. Contributes to the development of organisation’s SHEQ standards and guidelines to ensure that these meet business and legal requirements.
