Position Overview
Manage people in QA QC engineering teams and develop team members Plan and perform QA activities, such as quality metrics, process improvement, quality gate… Create and implement test strategies for test automation and non-functional testing Analyze critical incidents and plan preventive actions Measure and control quality of source code, unit test and test coverage Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to define requirements, timelines, and deliverables to ensure high quality releases Participate in direct testing activities for fintech projects
