Job Description
As an SAP ERP QA Lead, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end quality assurance leadership across Cengage’s SAP S/4HANA ecosystem. You will own QA strategy, governance, execution, and reporting for large‑scale SAP implementations and enhancements, ensuring solutions are stable, scalable, and fit for purpose.
This role requires deep SAP testing expertise, strong leadership, and hands‑on involvement across functional, integration, and end‑to‑end business process testing. You will collaborate closely with functional teams, technical partners, vendors, and business stakeholders while mentoring QA engineers and promoting best‑in‑class quality practices across the enterprise.
