Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Assist in quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Support food tasting sessions and help monitor key control points in production.
- Help with safety and hygiene inspections in the central kitchen and outlets.
- Assist in keeping records for food safety, halal, and workplace safety .
- Support the team during internal and external audits .
- Join in food incident investigations and follow-up actions.
- Assist in coordinating the monthly pest control program .
- Learn and help with microbiological testing (food samples, environment, hand swabs).
- Provide general admin support and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements - Pursuing tertiary education in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
