Job Summary
The QA Manager is responsible for enterprise-level quality governance, testing standards, and release assurance across all IT initiatives. The role ensures quality risks are proactively identified and mitigated prior to production deployment. The role is responsible for managing the QA Team and the end-to-end process of software testing from different platforms. The role is expected to plan, implement, and manage varying forms of Software Quality Analysis and Testing to and from different platforms, applications, and / or environments.
The Primary Focus of the Quality Assurance Unit Head are Enterprise-Level Quality Standards, Risk Control, and QA Capability.
Specific areas of responsibility are Quality Accountability and Governance, Portfolio-Level Oversight, People and Capability Management, Stakeholder and Executive Interface, and Strategic Planning.
