Create standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for
food safety and quality management.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of
store facilities and focus on ensuring food safety & quality standards and
identifying areas for improvement.
Maintain a robust documentation system for all
food quality and safety-related activities.
Responsible for examining food products for quality and
safety.
Conduct supplier audits to ensure that they meet food safety
and quality standards.
Continuously assess and update food safety and
quality procedures to ensure they align with the latest industry best practices
and regulatory requirement
