Position Overview
Entry-level position ideal for fresh graduates in Food Technology or Food Quality Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily operational processes to ensure food safety and quality standards.
Conduct training sessions for both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams.
Conduct regular quality checks across operations and identify areas for improvement.
Implement corrective and preventive actions based on quality audits.
Ensure compliance with Sindh Food Authority (SFA) regulations and internal SOPs.
Maintain accurate and detailed QA documentation and support internal and external audits.
Work with cross-functional teams to build a strong food safety and hygiene culture .
Work Location: In person
