Role Overview

We are looking for a QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and manufacturing standards of Whitelion Smart home products such as Smart touch switches, Wi-Fi/BLE modules, LED drivers, smart curtain systems, and other IoT devices. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining product quality across manufacturing, testing, component handling, storage, ESD safety, and reliability processes to ensure maximum product longevity and performance.

Role Description

➢ Ensure quality standards during manufacturing and assembly

➢ Monitor component placement, soldering quality, and product testing

➢ Maintain proper component storage and handling practices

➢ Implement ESD and safety standards in production

➢ Approve alternative components based on quality and compatibility
