Responsibilities

• Handle customer zero‑kilometer and after‑sales quality issues, assist external communication with the customer service department, and organize internal return analysis. Summarize and analyze return data.
• Responsible for quality control of automotive electronic products, including process inspections, finished product storage, and finished product shipping inspection. Plan quality documents and conduct data analysis.
