Position Overview
Main Responsibilities:
Oversee routine sampling, testing and auditing of products/ ingredients/ suppliers to ensure compliance to government, customer and standards on food safety and quality. Oversee laboratory trials and perform troubleshooting activities, which will provide knowledge and add value to Namchow and our Customers/Suppliers products, processes and equipment. Addresses any issues of non-compliance or non-conformance to food safety/quality standards with the appropriate level of urgency. Conduct Management Review and internal audit. Utilizes in-depth understanding to ensure compliance/ alignment of procedures and processes to governmental regulations, company policies and customer requirements.
