QA Analyst

Responsibilities:

+ Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and user stories to ensure testability

+ Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts

+ Perform manual testing for web, mobile, and desktop applications

+ Identify, document, and track software defects using bug‑tracking tools

+ Validate fixes and perform regression testing to ensure issues are resolved

+ Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify issues and improve quality

+ Test functionality, usability, performance, and basic security aspects of applications

+ Ensure applications meet business requirements and quality standards before release

+ Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives
