Mô tả công việc: JOB SUMMARY:We are looking for a Customer Support Staff member to handle phone and email inquiries for the vacation rental properties we operate.
This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay for guests by providing timely and accurate support before, during, and after their stay.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Respond to guest inquiries via phone and email
- Pre-stay inquiries (availability, facilities, access, pricing, etc.)
- During-stay support (check-in instructions, facility issues, local information, etc.)
- Post-stay inquiries (lost items, receipts, follow-up questions, reviews)
- Handle messages from booking platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.
- Log and manage inquiry details using internal tools
- Coordinate with cleaning staff or property managers when necessary
