**Overview**
GovCIO is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist to support software implementation, end user/content developer support, maintenance, and optimization of VA Pyramid Analytics platform. The successful candidate will work as part of an enterprise-wide reporting tools team to deliver actionable data insights supporting programs that serve Veterans nationwide. This is a fully remote position located within the United States.
**Responsibilities**
+ Drive and uphold the highest standards of data quality, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
+ Serve as subject matter expert (SME) in Pyramid Analytics for staff and stakeholders across VA.
+ Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user training on the Pyramid Analytics platform.
