The Pursuits & Bid Lead is responsible for a team of pursuits and bid professionals that enable the development of our business across Southeast Asia (SEA) enabling strategic pursuits, articulation of Arup’s capability in the bid process focusing on how Arup delivers its unique value proposition, deep technical expertise, and market knowledge to solve the client’s most complex challenges, through to bid management, submission and close out.
The opportunity
Drive strategic pursuits and bid management by collaborating with SEA leaders, leveraging Arup’s global expertise to deliver innovative solutions for local clients.
Lead early engagement activities, including pursuit strategy development and prepositioning for major, high-impact projects aligned with business objectives.
Partner with technical teams to develop winning strategies and client-focused proposals, ensuring effective teaming and capture planning for successful outcomes.
