Mô tả công việc: JOB DESCRIPTION:- Cooperate with engineering/project department for placing orders to buy equipments relating to project
- Find new suppliers, negotiate and agree with supplers for get product with good price and quality
- Follow orders, delivery progress, invoices and make payments to suppliers
- Make and check the contract, documents
- Organize meetings and schedule customer visits, meet customers
- Order stationery and office supplies
- Maintain internal database, employee records, a system of data records about customers and external partners
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Organize, store, and print company documents when needed
- Handle requirements from managers and employees and support them
- Update office policies and ensure compliance with these policies
