What you will do
Assist with issuing, monitoring and maintaining of purchase orders in line with corporate procurement policiesCoordinate with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery timelines, and resolve any discrepancies or delaysSupport vendor onboarding and ensure all documentation is compliant with internal and external standardsMaintain accurate and up to date procurement files, records and databases to support audit readiness and traceabilityPrepare and distribute regular procurement reports and dashboards for management reviewHow you will do it
