Purchasing & Procurement
- Source, request, and compare quotations from suppliers based on project and operational requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and purchasing terms with suppliers when necessary.
- Issue purchase orders and follow up on order status, delivery schedules, and material arrivals.
- Coordinate with design, project, site, and finance teams to ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, including purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and supplier documentation.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Monitor material costs and support cost-saving initiatives.
