Position Overview

Assinck Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist with a background in manufacturing bulk material handling equipment, to join our team in Toronto. This is a key autonomous role within our operations, requiring a solid mechanical aptitude and the ability to work collaboratively across our inside sales, fabrication, and engineering teams. The successful candidate will take ownership of the full procurement lifecycle and help ensure our supply chain runs efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Purchasing

• Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, from requisition and sourcing through to purchase order creation, delivery confirmation, and invoice reconciliation.
• Source and evaluate suppliers for mechanical components, raw materials, fabricated parts, and consumables used across fabrication and project operations.
