1. Calculate the required quantities of raw materials and auxiliary materials for production and develop purchasing plans. 2. Source and develop new suppliers, negotiate prices and commercial terms, and select appropriate suppliers based on cost and quality. 3. Evaluate supplier performance and report the results to the department manager. 4. Manage supplier-related indicators in accordance with company regulations, including supplier capability, product quality, delivery performance, after-sales service, payment terms, and future potential. 5. Inspect the quality of raw materials and monitor delivery status and lead times. 6. Handle and report issues or non-conformities related to purchased materials and products. 7. Prepare and submit regular reports and other reports as required.
