Work with appointed Travel Management Vendor to arrange airline/hotel reservations, cars and visas for both out bound & inbound travel and ensure best in value Prepare Travel Report for management review Manage relationships with travel agencies, hotels, airlines, car rental and other related services In charge and manage of stationery/office supplies/ beverage & courier services Administrative work, matching of invoice, PO, D/O and uploading in NetSuite for processing Maintain filing system, document controls as well as purchase records Any other ad-hoc task assigned by management
