Urgently Needed: Female Purchasing Officer
We are seeking a highly motivated Purchasing Officer to join our organization immediately. Candidates must be available to work in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and source suppliers for materials, products, and services. Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms with suppliers. Prepare, process, and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery. Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid overstocking or shortages. Coordinate with the warehouse for stock replenishment. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and resolve any supply issues. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
