The Purchasing Manager plays a critical role in the Sourcing and Procurement organization. This role will lead a team of buyers to conduct sourcing and purchasing activities on behalf of the company. The Manager will drive on-going professional development, coaching, and training of the buyers, develop and manage relationships with suppliers in their geography, partner with sales to ensure that purchasing processes are in place to meet the ever-changing needs of Randβs customers, and to deliver to performance goals and KPIs. As needed the Manager will work globally with the Sourcing and Procurement staff to development, manage, and deliver against key strategic initiatives both at the regional and global levels. While the role managers a regional team of buyers, the team supports the entire global sales organization across Asia, North America, and Europe.
