Responsibilities
- Daily administration duties eg. PO issuing, recording, filing, etc.
- Maintain supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
- Create and maintain purchase information on ERP or purchasing system.
- Consistently supervise suppliers for service, delivery, quality and reliability.
- Maintain supplier relations and negotiate contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
- Work with suppliers on delivery and backorder improvement using data.
- Ensure purchasing department procedures are adhered to.
- Assist in any other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by superior or management.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in supply chain or equivalent with 3 years working experience in related field.
- Non‑degree holders with more than 5 years working experience in related field.
