Job Description :

Report to: Supply Chain Manager

• Identify saving opportunities and managing sourcing activities of all kinds of commodity.
• Work within cross-functional teams consisting of Brands or Department representatives, global category experts, and functional experts (incl. Finance and Legal).
• Manage tender process, bids evaluation, vendor negotiation, tracking deliveries and supplier performance review to drive down the total cost of ownership
• Responsible for Purchase Orders creation, PO compliance and vendors’ maintenance
• Manage strategic sourcing activities for Vietnam
• Achieve year-on-year improvements in total cost of ownership, quality, and service by executing and continually streamlining purchasing activities within the affiliate and brands for indirect and capital categories
• Manage purchasing activities with cross-functional teams
