Position Overview
Roles & Responsibilities - Liaise with suppliers to ensure prompt submission of all required documents, including shipping papers, invoices, and credit notes.
- Record and update incoming stock accurately within internal inventory systems.
- Track and follow up on claims related to shortages, damages, and logistics‑related issues with key suppliers.
- Review and verify warehouse‑related invoices (storage and freight) for inventory stored at third‑party logistics facilities.
Requirements - Diploma and above
- At least 2 years of purchasing experience in an FMCG industry.
- Proficient in MS Office.
