The following responsibilities are to be carried out on the construction sites of ATM DEVELOPPEMENT:
To support managers, site managers, and foremen in planning and managing project supplyTo ensure the smooth operation of all construction sites by supplying necessary materials and supplies without interruption, as requested by the site team and approved by the hierarchical managerTo supervise, track, and ensure the good management of the procurement operation.To conduct a good supplier consultation process for the acquisition of materials and suppliesTo mobilize and schedule the various partners and project teams (logistics) involved in acquiring and delivering materials under the best conditions and within defined deadlinesTo ensure the request of necessary documentation from partners for the procurement operation, including: (Purchase Orders, Delivery Slips, Invoices, a...
