**Position Overview:**
As our **Purchasing Clerk** , you’ll help manage supplies, coordinate with vendors, and ensure our teams have everything they need to do their best work.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Maintain inventory and stock supplies in laboratory, office, maintenance, and shipping/receiving stockrooms
+ Monitor supply levels, track expiration dates, and rotate inventory as needed
+ Process supply requests and issue purchase orders to vendors
+ Maintain accurate inventory records in VWR Inventory Manager
+ Coordinate vendor setup in Salesforce and QuickBooks
+ Review vendor pricing and performance to support cost-effective purchasing
+ Communicate with internal teams to ensure supply needs are met
