The purchasing staff ensures a steady supply of materials, packaging components, and other operational needs for Aeroplast. This role involves sourcing suppliers, managing orders, monitoring inventory, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities
Source and evaluate suppliers for raw materials, packaging components, and other operational needs
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
Maintain and update supplier records, price lists, and contracts
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams to prevent shortages
Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency
Track orders, deliveries, and payments
