Position Overview
1. Assist in sourcing and purchasing of food supplies, ingredients, and kitchen materials for canteen operations
2. Procure office supplies, equipment, and other non-canteen requirements
3. Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner
4. Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
5. Maintain good relationships with accredited suppliers and vendors
6. Request quotations and compare prices to ensure cost-effective purchasing
7. Follow up on pending orders and ensure on-time delivery
8. Coordinate with warehouse/kitchen team for stock replenishment
9. Maintain organized records of purchases, invoices, and supplier contracts
10. Assist in preparing procurement reports and cost analysis
11. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
