Position Overview
Description We are looking for a dedicated Purchaser to join our team in Santa Fe Springs, California. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance while coordinating with multiple departments to achieve seamless order processing. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills to manage purchasing activities effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Review incoming purchase orders to ensure alignment with commercial, technical, and contractual requirements before processing.
• Create, update, and manage sales orders using Epicor, including standard, project, service, and change orders.
• Identify and address discrepancies related to pricing, scope, payment terms, lead times, and documentation requirements.
• Issue Sales Order Acknowledgements (SOAs) and Proforma Invoices when applicable.
