Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

An established and highly stable organization is seeking a Buyer to join its growing team.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume purchasing environment and enjoys working with structured processes, consistent vendors, and tangible inventory impact.

What You’ll Do

+ Execute high-volume, transactional purchasing to support daily operations

+ Manage inventory levels and replenishment to ensure product availability

+ Serve as a liaison between vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams

+ Resolve purchasing and logistics issues, including:

+ Stock shortages

+ Backorders or unavailable products

+ Damaged or delayed shipments

+ Support vendor coordination, with occasional involvement in vendor communication
