Monday - Thursday: 8:30-5:30 - Friday 8:30 - 3:30 Your new role Match supplier invoices with purchase orders and investigate discrepancies Jointly manage the payment run for designated areas of the Company - BACS Accurately answering any internal and external queries regarding payments Reconcile supplier statements and review month-end unmatched orders. Maintain accurate supplier ledgers Work collaboratively with other members of the team and provide cover for annual leave.
