Position Overview
- Place regular repeat orders for existing products
- Follow up with vendors to confirm order status and delivery dates
- Track shipments until delivery and update internal teams
- Maintain purchase records, order sheets, and delivery tracking files
- Coordinate with stores/warehouse team for material receipt
- Handle basic communication with vendors regarding delays or issues
- Ensure timely availability of required materials without shortage
- Check and verify order quantities and basic documentation
