Job Description- Prepare and process purchase orders as per company requirements
- Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions with suppliers
- Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis reports
- Identify and evaluate suppliers/vendors for materials and services
- Maintain relationships with existing vendors and develop new suppliers
- Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid production delays
